OUR RATES INCLUDE:

Full 24 hours Rental
Maintenance, oil and greasing
Change of car in case of serious breakdown
Safety belts in all cars
Road maps (upon request)
Third party liability and property damage

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Driver’s age: For categories A, A1, B and B1 the age limit is 21 and for the rest the limit is over 23 years old.
Driver’s license: international or National held at least one year.
Rental time Kilometers: Minimum one day (24 hours). Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/6 of the daily rate. The reading of klms “out” and “in” starts and terminates at our renting station.
Payment: Both credit cards and cash accepted.
All traffic fines and expenses incurred during the rental period are at the renter’s responsibility.
At the day of delivery of the car the renter needs to give his credit card details in case he will not take full insurance for the vehicle he uses. (please see term No
INSURANCE POLICY. Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.): On condition the damages is no due to a violation of the Greek driving Code. Any amount exceeding 1000,00 euro is covered by the company’s insurance. Anything below 1000,00 euro is the customer’s responsibility. The days required for the car’s reparation are at the renter’s responsibility. Damages to tires, wheels and car underside are not covered by this insurance.
In case the client wishes full insurance the charge is 5 € per day for Category A & B&C&D and 7 € per day for categories D & E & F & G.
Gasoline: Paid by the costumer. The level of gasoline is noted on the contract and needs to be returned at the same level. Any difference will be charged.
Taxes: VAT 24% and insurance are included in all prices
Road assistance throughout Crete is available any day and any time of the year.
Rent in here – leave it there: free delivery and collection to/from hotels of Chania.
Availability: Delivery problems may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.
Ferrying of the car: allowed only upon our company’s written authorization.
Pick-up and delivery from airport of Chania is with extra charge for transportation expenses: 15 euro.
Baby seat with charge 2 euro / day.

Insurance for the driver and passengers: Loss of life: 17.000 €, Total permanent disablement: 17.000 €, Partial permanent disablement: 17.000 €
